    The Listening Club

A book club for your ears. Each week we vote on a talk, listen together, then discuss it. Dip in and out — newcomers always welcome.

Introduce yourself — and suggest a talk for a future week

New here? Say hi — what do you love listening to, and what pulled you in?

And drop a talk (or a whole series) you'd want the club to take on. Paste a Uutter link and it'll show a preview.

Week 1: what should we listen to first?

Five very different talks to start us off — have a listen to the ones that intrigue you, then vote. The winner is our first pick, and the discussion thread opens midweek.

Welcome to the Listening Club — here's how it works

Think of it as a book club for your ears. Every week we pick one talk to listen to together, then dig into it.

    1. Vote — a poll goes up with a handful of candidate talks. Have a listen to the ones that catch your eye and vote for our next pick.

    2. Listen — the winner is the week's talk. Go at your own pace; the full transcript is on Uutter if you'd rather read or search it.

    3. Discuss — midweek we open a thread for the pick: what struck you, questions, favorite passages, timestamps.

No homework, no pressure — join any week. Suggest talks you'd love the club to cover in the comments.
