Delete your account
You can delete your Uutter account at any time, in two ways:
- In the app: open your account menu, choose Delete account, and confirm.
- On the website: sign in and go to Delete account settings.
Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, comments, quotes, playlists, collections, listening history and search history, and the videos and other files you uploaded. This can't be undone.
A few things are kept: payment records, for legal and financial obligations; the change history of collections, for security, no longer linked to your account; messages you sent in other people's conversations; security logs, to protect Uutter; and backups, for a limited time. Our email provider also keeps your contact details. Our privacy policy lists everything that's kept.
If you can no longer sign in, email support@uutter.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
