Connect your podcast in one step

Until now, getting a podcast into Uutter meant creating a collection by hand, finding the Feed tab in its settings, and pasting your RSS URL there. The machinery worked. Finding it was the problem.

That path is gone. Creating a collection now starts by asking what you are making — a podcast, a lecture series, an archive, or something else — and a podcast takes you straight to a field for your feed URL.

What happens when you paste a feed

Uutter reads the feed and shows you what it found: the show's title, its description, its artwork, and how many episodes are in the archive. Nothing is imported yet. You are looking at a preview, and you can back out.

If it looks right, Uutter creates the collection, imports the artwork as the collection's avatar, and hands you the episode list to choose from.

Your newest three episodes are free

Every new podcast gets a free grant covering its three most recent episodes, so you can hear how the transcription handles your show — your speakers, your audio quality, your subject matter — before deciding anything about the rest of the archive.

The back catalogue is priced per episode after that. You pick which episodes to import; nothing is bought on your behalf.

New episodes arrive on their own

Once a feed is connected, Uutter watches it. Episodes you publish from then on are transcribed and added automatically.
